Promotions, Coupons & Loyalty Program

Coupon Codes

• Only one coupon code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated
• Coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or volume-based pricing programs (including but not limited to the Build Your Bundle volume discount, Mix & Match bulk discount, or Loyalty Program redemptions) unless explicitly permitted in writing
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any coupon code or promotion at any time, with or without notice
• Coupon codes are valid only during the specified promotional window and only for the eligible audience (e.g. first-time customers, specific traffic sources, named recipients). Codes obtained, shared, or used outside their intended window or audience are invalid even if our checkout system accepts them at the time of order
• Coupon codes have no cash value and are non-transferable

Promotional Sales & Excluded Items

• Promotions apply only to eligible items. We may exclude any product, category, or item from a promotion at our discretion. Supplies and accessories — including bacteriostatic water, syringes, needles, and similar non-peptide items — are not eligible for percentage-off promotions unless specifically named as included in the offer
• Advertised discounts apply to the product subtotal only, and not to shipping, handling, taxes, or payment processing fees
• Promotions run for the stated window in U.S. Mountain Time and end automatically at the stated time, whether or not inventory remains
• Promotional pricing is not retroactive. We do not offer price adjustments on orders placed before a promotion begins or after it ends
• Promotions are valid while supplies last. We are not obligated to issue rain checks or backorders for items that sell out during a promotional period
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or promotional errors, including after an order has been placed, and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by such an error
• Returns on discounted items are refunded at the price actually paid, not at the regular list price

Build Your Bundle & First-Order Coupons

• The Build Your Bundle volume discount (tier-based percentage off based on quantity selected) and the first-order new customer coupon (e.g. WELCOMEHOME) cannot be combined. Customers building a bundle order are receiving the volume discount in lieu of the first-order discount, not in addition to it
• If both discounts somehow apply to a single order, we will honor the volume discount only, even if the first-order coupon was successfully applied at checkout

Right to Cancel for Coupon Misuse

If we determine — at our sole discretion — that a coupon was applied in violation of these Terms or the coupon’s published rules, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following actions:

• Cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method
• Re-invoice the customer for the corrected total (without the invalid discount) and require payment before fulfillment
• Suspend or terminate the customer account, in which case any pending orders will be cancelled and refunded

Violations include, without limitation:

• Using a coupon code after its stated expiration (whether the system accepts it or not)
• Stacking a single-use or first-order coupon with another promotion in violation of the published combinability rules
• Using a coupon code by an ineligible customer (e.g. using a first-order coupon when the customer has prior paid orders on this account or any associated account)
• Using a coupon code obtained through unauthorized means, including codes shared publicly, harvested from third-party coupon sites, or extracted from private email/SMS campaigns intended for specific recipients

Decisions regarding coupon validity and order cancellation are made at our sole discretion and are not subject to appeal.

Loyalty Points Program

• Registered customers earn loyalty points on qualifying purchases
• Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders
• Points have no cash value and are non-transferable
